When trying to conceive, charting your Basal Body Temperature can be key in determining when ovulation occurs. Our basal thermometer is highly accurate, with accuracy down to 1/100th of a degree. This ensures precise readings. It is also easy to use, since it gives you a signal when reading is complete.

Main features:

- Easy to read LCD

- Completed reading signal

- Accurate down to 1/100th of a degree

- Last reading memory

- Low battery indicator

- Replaceable battery

How to use:

It is best to take a temperature reading first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up. It is also advisable to try to get a reading at approximately the same time each day. Make sure to write down the readings, and establish a chart. This will make identifying temperature spikes much easier.

Meh
Takes a super time, doesn't light up (which was expected), and doesn't remember the last temperature recorded correctly anymore. I've been using it a month now.

Does the Job
We've been trying for 8 months now, and I finally caved and started temping. This is a great thermometer, the price is right and it lets you see your temp to two decimal places. When I started temping last month with a regular thermometer, it only let you see your temp to one decimal place, so this thermometer is more accurate. I love that it is programmed in degrees celcius and that it stores your last temperature. I also like the plastic case it comes in which makes it easy for storage and more hygienic than just leaving it on a surface or in a drawer. I also really like that the temp doesn't disappear until you turn it off, I log my temp on two apps so I like that it gives me time to do that. The only cons for me are that the thermometer takes a really long time to log your temp (about 2 minutes or more) and it's really uncomfortable in your mouth (I accidentally scratched my mouth the other day with it). All in all, I will continue to use it as it was very accurate for me this month and helped me confirm my ovulation. I have PCOS and hashimotos, I'm not sure when I ovulate or if I ovulate regularly, but with this baby I was able to confirm ovulation this month.

Takes a long time but works well!!
I ordered this basal thermometer when I saw I could get it for free with purchase. I was using a R.A.T.E. accutouch forehead thermometer which I thought was working well. Well I was wrong!!! It was so off you have no idea!! This one works very precisely with accuracy. Only downfall is it takes about 2 minutes of holding it in your mouth. Would be nice to have one that works as well but takes less than a minute, but I guess it takes longer to give a more accurate reading.

Mrs
Although the thermometer temps perfectly, the recall feature never worked on mine. Since this is one of the main reasons I chose this one, I'm rather disappointed. Although I'm a good sleeper I get restless in the mornings, so I temp when I first wake up, generally at 3-4AM. I wanted to be able to check back my temps when I got up much later, but instead I have to fumble around, try to see the numbers in the dark and write them down so that I can chart in the morning. It isn't ideal. That being said it's very accurate.

Good
This thermometer works well. It is accurate, gives a reading that includes two decimal points and has a memory feature that lets you access your last result. The cons: It takes a really long time, it is uncomfortable under the tongue (I have a fever thermometer with a flex tip that is so much more comfortable) and the display is hard to see in a dark room. The price is right though!
