As stated in a previous blog, cervical mucus plays an important role in preconception.  Cervical mucus is a good indicator to ovulation and it also aids the sperm in making it to the uterus to find the egg.

So for those who produce little to no cervical mucus or just simply want to make theirs healthier.  Fertile CM is an option.  This supplement was designed to aid in the production of cervical mucus and endometrial secretions to build the uterine lining.

Fertile CM was created with several key ingredients to safely and naturally promote the production of cervical mucus.  One of the main ingredients is L-Arginine.

L-Arginine is an amino acid, a building block for nitric oxide (NO).   This helps to dilate the blood vessels and promote blood flow to the uterus, ovaries and genitals; while increasing endocervical secretions and enhancing sexual arousal.

Packed with Vitamin C which is a strong antioxidant and excellent for cell function.  It has also been known to increase hydration of the cervical mucus.  To compliment the vitamin C, coral calcium has been added.  This is to help support the pH and lessen the acidity in the vagina.  Lactobacilli are organisms necessary for a healthy vaginal environment.  The absence of lactobacilli can create a rather hostile environment for sperm.  Grapeseed extract was used for its anti oxidant properties.  The increase may give added protection for the sperm.  In order to help thin mucus the creators used N-acetyl cysteine, which has been used for more then 30 years.

For proper results, the recommended daily dosage is 3 capsules a day.  One at each mealtime.  You should always consult a physician before using any supplementation.
