Thirsty?  Well why not get in your daily intake of folate (also known as B9).  I can't think of a reason! Folate helps protect against birth defects and for men, it helps to increase sperm count and density.

If you have a juicer at home why not try this? If you have a blender and not a juicer why not make it a smoothie instead.  You’ll be happy you did!

The Berry Blast

  • 2 cups of Strawberries
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups of raspberries
For those who don’t have a juicer throw in some vanilla greek yogurt or low fat plain yogurt and make a smoothie.

The berry blast is not only good for Folate, but is high in antioxidants.   Blueberries are known as a superfruit for their exceptional antioxidant properties.

Give Guava a Go!

Place three cups of guava in the juicer or blender and enjoy! Hint: choose ripe pink guava for the most juice.

This makes for a good flush

  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of Kale
  • 2 apples
It’s not as bad as you might think!
